A few things to note, especially in the time of COVID:
I am traveling quite a distance to run this retreat, and the hotel is a smaller, family run business. For these reasons, the deposit will not be able to be refunded, unless we can find someone to take your spot. Therefore, we advise that you plan to have your own travel insurance that will allow you to be reimbursed should you need to cancel.
This was the perfect “get-away-weekend” lots of yoga, stretching, meditation and fun.I had a true “meditation travel” for the first time and it was overwhelming and fantastic. Nura has exactly the voice that talks to my inner brain and can make me release and empty in a short amount of time. I liked the people who were there and I loved the whole weekend. Thanks
The weekend was far more than just an opportunity to practice yoga together with an outstanding teacher. Nura facilitates and inspires re-thinking, gently but firmly nudging who-ever wants or needs it – to move out from a corner in which they are stuck and get the courage to move on. She had a very creative idea to make parallels about physical and mental/emotional exercises: pointing to those moments of self-challenge, where we try out a head-or hand-stand, getting to that “dangerous” tipping-point. Change needs courage. Nura conjures up some physical and emotional safety nets thanks to team work and listening skills – and last but not least: her sense of humour.
