Hey! I’m so excited that you are planning on joining me for this winter retreat!  Please note that this form is a preliminary booking, and a deposit of CAD$340 will be due within a few days of registering in order to confirm your spot.  A gentle reminder: there are just 1 of each particular room, and space and choice is limited.  Bookings will be taken on a first come, first serve basis. Once submitted, your form will come to me in the order it was received and I will do the best I can to get you the room you hope for.  I will contact you via email to confirm what I reserve for you, and how you can pay the deposit.

If you do not yet have a roommate, please indicate so on the roommate line. There may be a few options for single rooms, and I can figure out the supplemental rate. If you already have a roommate in mind, you can both register and I will sort it out!

The deposit is due at the time of registration, but full payment will need to be received by Dec 31st. Due to the requirements of the resort, your deposit and/or full fee is non refundable unless someone can be found to take your place.
